R&D Building Solutions is a home renovation and construction company built around a simple observation: most renovation horror stories aren't about bad carpentry, they're about silence. Calls that don't get returned. Changes that appear on invoices instead of in conversations. We built this company to be the opposite of that.

What we do

Renovation work with a specialty in ADUs

Our core work is interior renovation, accessory dwelling units above all, alongside the kitchens, bathrooms, and basements that decide how a home actually lives. Roofing and siding round out the picture: the envelope work that protects everything else.

ADUs are where our planning depth shows most. A second dwelling on a family property touches zoning, septic capacity, utilities, and construction all at once, exactly the kind of project where one accountable team, from feasibility through walkthrough, earns its keep. It’s also work we find genuinely meaningful: most ADU projects begin with a family trying to take care of someone.
