Privacy Policy

Plain-English version first: we collect what you send us so we can respond, we measure the site in a privacy-conscious way, and we do not sell your information. The details follow.

This policy describes how R&D Building Solutions LLC ("we") handles information on this website. Last updated: October 5, 2026.

Information you send us

Consultation and contact forms: name, contact details, project location (town/ZIP), project description, optional photos, and your preferences for how we reach you.
We use this information to respond to your request, plan and deliver services, and keep records of our communication.
We do not sell or distribute your project information. It is shared only with people who need it to serve your request.

Measurement on this site

First-party measurement: we record anonymous usage events (pages viewed, buttons clicked) on our own systems to understand which pages help visitors. These events never contain your name, email, phone, or message contents.
Optional analytics and advertising measurement: Google Ads conversion measurement, and Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity when configured, load only if you choose Accept on the consent banner. Google Ads receives a successful-inquiry event and an anonymous reference to prevent duplicate counts, not your form answers or contact details. These tools may use cookies and ad-click identifiers to attribute visits and inquiries. If you decline, optional tags do not load and our own measurement drops identifiers too.
Attribution: when you submit a form, we record how you found us (for example, a search engine or a referral link) so we know which marketing actually helps.

Cookies

A consent cookie remembers your Accept/Decline choice.
A short-lived confirmation cookie acknowledges a saved consultation request; it expires after 10 minutes and contains no contact details.
A separate 30-minute cookie lets you add optional project details to the consultation request you just submitted. It contains no contact details.
Anonymous identifiers (random values, not your identity) support the first-party measurement described above when you have not declined.
Admin session cookies exist only for authorized staff accounts.

Retention and security

Lead records are kept while relevant to serving you and for reasonable business records.
IP addresses are not stored with your submission; a one-way hashed value is used briefly for abuse prevention and rate limiting.
Access to lead information is restricted to authorized users, and administrative actions are logged.

Your choices

Decline optional analytics on the consent banner at any time (clear cookies to see it again).
Ask us what we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete your information, use the contact page and we'll respond like the real people we keep claiming to be.
